Project implementation
Orfeo manages the project and supports its customers in the implementation of its software solution according to their organisation and the specific context of their artistic field: analysis, functional workshops, advice and feedback, configuration of modules, recovery of historical data, customisation of exported documents, interfacing with third-party software, integration and deployment.
Start-up assistance & training
During the launch phase, Orfeo will help you customise your workspace. Your Orfeo representative also provides training for administrators and users of the various modules.
To help you get to grips with the Orfeo modules, online training sessions are run by members of our team. This training service – Orfeo Academy – is open to all users on a daily basis, and the programme covers all module features.
Orfeo provides all its users with technical support by chat, every day during working hours, and offers a large library of regularly updated tutorials on the various Orfeo modules.
A long-term partner
Orfeo provides technical and application maintenance for the modules and their upgrades, as well as training for new users.
During the operational phase, the project managers and consultants keep abreast of changes in customer requirements; depending on the case, an annual or half-yearly review is offered.
The Orfeo software solution is regularly enriched by exchanges with the customer community, notably through the users’ club and through partnerships with other organisations in the performing arts ecosystem.
